how to get there
the wedding is located close to the allentown airport (45 min) and philadelphia airport (1 hr 15 min)
bus routes from neighboring states have drop-off locations nearby the wedding including reading, kutztown, and fogelsville
many guests will be traveling from out of state. we encourage you to reach out to folks in your area to carpool!

we have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn in Wyomissing, PA (approx. 20 miles/30 minutes from the ceremony & reception). click here to reserve a room! please reserve your room no later than May 11, 2026

there will be plenty of space at the reception for our guests to camp out. feel free to pitch a tent on the property and spend the night on-site, weather permitting.

book soon. there is limited real estate for visitors in the area, so make a plan to book ahead while you can.
be sure to stay for sunday's sacred harp singing, especially those who have never participated in the practice before. this tradition is deeply meaningful to our relationship, and it would mean the world to share that with you all.
