when and where is the wedding?
ceremony: 11:00 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church, Boyertown, PA
reception: immediately following, 10-minute drive from the church at the Covered Bridge Farmstand

will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?
ceremony is indoors (air-conditioned building).
reception is outdoors in a backyard setting with tents and shade. we’ll have fans and cold drinks if it’s hot, and lights throughout the grounds when the sun sets.

what happens if it rains?
we will celebrate rain or shine! tents, umbrellas, and contingency plans are in place. please dress for the weather and bring layers for the evening.

is there parking available?
yes, but limited. free parking is available at both the ceremony and the reception site. we recommend carpooling to the reception if able or taking a cab. we'll have signs and friendly helpers guiding you where to go.

is there a dress code?
please come prepared in your Sunday best for our Saturday ceremony. during cocktail hour feel free to change into something more comfortable, since we'll be outside. the Manatawny creek runs through the property, so if you feel inclined to take a dip in the water, bring your swimsuit :)

will there be food and drinks provided?
yes! we are having a potluck-style dinner at the reception. local vendors will provide main meals. we encourage guests to bring a side dish if they are able. adult beverages will be available, as well as BYOB

what kind of music will there be?
we will have ecclectic live music and some time spent spinning some old favorites. karaoke.....tbd!

can I bring a plus one/kids?
please check your RSVP invitation—if a plus one or children are included in your party, they’ll be listed by name there. there will be plenty of space for children to run around at the reception!
